Out of the miss A members, Suzy’s fame rose in 2012 with her appearance in the movie Architecture 101, where she played out the romantic first love that everyone dreams of.
And with that first love image follows the innocent first kiss that makes hearts flutter and fireworks explode.
So here are a few of those moments for Suzy and five lucky men who were able to experience it with the nation’s first love.
Lee Je Hoon – Architecture 101
This is the movie that started it all.
Architecture 101 took everyone back to the past to reminisce on their first love as well as their first kiss.
The nervous and heart fluttery moment is so well portrayed in this movie with Lee Je Hoon’s superb acting as the innocent college student, Seung Min, who not-so-innocently steals a kiss from his first college crush.
Gong Yoo – Big
Although in the drama, Gong Yoo played it cool during the kiss scene, a making-of video of the same scene actually showed otherwise, with Gong Yoo making mistakes left and right.
We all know he was doing it on purpose to get more kisses from Suzy.
2PM’s Taceyeon – Dream High
All the teenage angst in KBS’ Dream High led Suzy and 2PM’s Taceyeon up to this moment, when Jin Gook confesses his daddy issues to Hye Mi and she cries. He’s touched that someone is actually crying for him and he takes this opportunity to kiss the girl he likes.
It was a short but sweet moment; however, what came after this scene was quite heart breaking. (Sam Dong! *sob*)
Kim Soo Hyun – Dream High
It was the kiss that confirmed that good things do happen to good people.
Kim Soo Hyun, before he shot to fame from KBS’ Dream High, experienced the adorable and straightforward feelings of first love as Sam Dong, who turned the cold-hearted and obnoxious Hye Mi into an innocent sheep.
After all the terrible things that happened to Sam Dong in the series, the kiss was well-deserved. It was also perhaps what viewers were waiting for during the entire series, just aching and begging for Suzy and Kim Soo Hyun to have a happy ending together.
Kim Joon Hyun – Gag Concert
We admit, this kiss isn’t the most romantic one – let alone real lip-on-lip action, but it was perhaps the most talked about kiss in the second half of 2012.
Suzy arrived on KBS’ Gag Concert as Song Joong Geun’s girlfriend, but eventually revealed that Kim Joon Hyun was her real first love.
When the two puckered up, a hit on the head pushed Kim Joon Hyun to collide into Suzy.
Although both people have denied actually kissing, it still didn’t prevent all the men in Korea from getting fired up and showing their jealousy towards the comedian.
